Trip down pregnancy lane.

Official due date: 10/21/09

Looking back, my pregnancy couldn't have gone any better. I was able to work till the very end like I wanted to, and do pretty much everything else I had/wanted to do.

Tips for other pregnant people:
-Drink lots of water, like 2-3 Liters a day (buy a Bubba Keg!).
-Visit the chiropractor for relief from back aches (it was like a miracle when I got adjusted).
-Figure out your size by going to Gap Maternity, then run a muck shopping online at oldnavy.com and gap.com (they use the same sizing).
-Make sure you're married to a great man before getting knocked up. It makes all the difference in the world. I have a keeper!

Lately...

All my time is spent oogling over my little one.
I have so much I want to post about.
Someday, someday.
For now, I'm busy being in love.

Tick tock.

I shouldn't complain about being pregnant.
It hasn't been bad at all.
But if you know me, I can always find something to complain about.
It's almost over.
I can't wait.

Defeated.

I don't have a picture.

But I feel dishonest not telling the tiny blog world of mine...

The cable returned.

Someone pouted--a lot!

Someone also made a bunch of promises and did everything possible to schmooze me.

Someone even included "fellow shipping" as a reason to keep it.

So the evil cable is back.

Someday I'll have my way...but I guess I lose...for now.

Now you will go to sleep, or I will put you to sleep! You're in my world now, Grandma.

The Husband and I were able to check out the LPGA tour that took place this past weekend near our place. I was happy to arrive in time to watch Natalie Gulbis play a few holes. Apparently she sucks, but I still like her. I think all pro women golfers should look as hot as her.

Michelle Wie was also playing, but I was way too tired to walk to her hole. Besides, I can't support her since she went to the other school, ha ha.

This is Isaac. He and Suke (who's Mormon but wasn't here cause he hurt his back) host a radio show on ESPN Radio. The Husband is a big fan. I've also come to enjoy listening to them too.

I never knew these things gave away so much free stuff. They even had PF Chang's giving out free lettuce wraps, yum! And they gave free booze to the drinkers.

And here's the latest pic of our little girl, Gertrude Ku'uipo Esera.

Goodnighteroo!!!

Cake time.

Orange Dreamsicle Cake:

1. Bake a boxed cake. You can either use an orange, lemon, or butter cake mix. Whatever you have or whatevers on sale.

2. Mix a 3 oz box of Jello orange flavor with 1/2 c. boiling water till the gelatin dissolves. Then add 1/2 cup cold water. When the cake comes out of the oven, poke holes in the cake with a chopstick (fat end), and pour the gelatin mixture over the cake. Refrigerate for a couple of hours until it's completely chilled.

3. Mix a 3.4 oz box of instant vanilla pudding with just 1/3 c. milk. Add a teaspoon of vanilla extract and some orange zest. If you don't have orange zest, you can use lime or lemon zest, or 1 teaspoon of orange extract. Be creative. Then fold in an 8 oz tub of cool whip. Spread it over the cake and chill again for another hour so everything sets.

For the real legit recipe go here.

I can just think of all the different ways this recipe can be made...different flavors, colors, gelatins, jellos, etc.
